I am a certified Doula through DONA and ICEA, as well as a Chilbirth Educator, Prenatal Fitness Educator, Breastfeeding Support, in Marshall, Mi. where I run a Pregnancy Center and Own a Breastfeeding Store. I have the honor of taking placentas to our H.S. Anatomy Class every year, speaking at our local teen moms school program, as well as speak at our local college to the nursing students.

The Flourishing Families Program is unique in the community in that its purpose is to provide nurturing care to a mother so that she can nurture her newborn. Our volunteers offer a peer-to-peer, woman-to-woman connection. The Cameron's Garden grief program, give newly bereaved parents somewhere to turn when no one else understands, to offer a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry on, someone to help these families get started on a journey towards hope and healing.
Population Served
Kent County families with an infant 0-3 months or up to 6 months for extenuating circumstances. Flexibility outside these guidelines do exist.
